  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
    We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to health and hygiene concerns.

    If you receive a wrong or damaged item:

  4. Once verified, we will replace the product or issue a refund as per your preference.
    Return shipping cost may be borne by Beyond Green Ltd only if the mistake is on our side.

  • Refunds are processed only for prepaid orders or if replacement is not possible.
  • Refunds will be issued within 5–10 working days after verification.
  1. Non-Refundable Items
    We cannot offer refunds for:
  • Used or opened items.
  • Orders made by mistake but already shipped.
