- Return Eligibility
To ensure hygiene and product safety, we accept returns only if:
- You received a wrong or damaged product.
- The product is unopened, unused, and in original condition.
- You contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to health and hygiene concerns.
- Return & Replacement Process
If you receive a wrong or damaged item: - Contact our support team via Facebook page, email, or WhatsApp within 3 days.
- Provide your order number and a clear photo/video of the product.
- Once verified, we will replace the product or issue a refund as per your preference.
Return shipping cost may be borne by Beyond Green Ltd only if the mistake is on our side. - Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only for prepaid orders or if replacement is not possible.
- Refunds will be issued within 5–10 working days after verification.
- Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Used or opened items.
- Orders made by mistake but already shipped.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
